Our story began 17 wonderful years ago when our beloved late father, Matthew Fletcher worked his magic on the Three Horseshoes pub in Hemel. As a close-knit family, we embarked on a journey of growth, expanding from a single location to six delightful spots. In 2012, we joyfully took the reins of The Falcon, transforming it into the welcoming haven it is today.
